  • Exclusive use of Elm House for up to 50 people for the duration of your event;
  • Vintage chairs for 50 people;
  • PA system (1 x mixer, 2 x speakers, 1 x microphone with stand);
  • Bar equipped with large fridge for BYO; 
  • Wine glasses and water glasses for up to 50 people (vintage-style coupe cocktail glassware, beer glasses and vintage tea cups also available on request);
  • Indoor fireplace with firewood included; 
  • Two fireside lounging areas including couches, chair, coffee tables and piano;
  • Large deck with festoon lighting and outdoor furnishings;
  • All food waste composted on site;
  • Rubbish taken care of by us;
  • Wifi;
  • One all-access toilet;
  • 6 x 10-seater wooden trestle tables also available on request.
